How Our Courier & Mail Service Works
1. Order Online
Place your order online, check your postcode on the service page & select your courier zone.
2. Drop Off/We Pick Up
We'll pick up your order in your designated time slot — Tuesday or Thursday evening, 6–9pm.
3. We Work Our Magic
Our team of experienced craftsmen will carefully clean or restore your items back at our HQ locations.
4. We Return
We'll deliver your cleaned / restored sneakers back to you!

Home pick up & delivery runs in two zones, Tuesday & Thursday evenings 6–9pm. Zone 1 — Bondi & Eastern Suburbs: $20 per order. Zone 2 — CBD & surrounds: $40 per order. Enter your postcode on any service page to check availability instantly.

Typical turnaround: within 1 week of receiving your items. If extra work is required, we'll contact you after assessment before going ahead.
