Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment before cancellation.
How do I redeem my free cleans?
- Online bookings: automatically applied to your account.
- In-store: present your digital membership card (emailed to you at signup).
Do unused cleans roll over?
No, allowances reset each month. To get the most value, we encourage you to book regularly.
Can I use my membership for multiple items at once?
Yes, you may redeem multiple cleans in a single visit (up to your monthly allowance). Additional services will be charged at your membership discount rate.
What if I need express turnaround?
Members can select Express Service (+$20) at booking for next-day turnaround.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable and linked to your customer account.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel any time after the 3-month minimum period directly from your account portal or by contacting us.
What if I want to upgrade my membership?
Upgrades are available. Contact us to switch tiers, and your new benefits will apply from your next billing cycle.

- Commitment Period: All memberships are subject to a 3-month minimum commitment. Early cancellations are not permitted within this period.

- Luxury Elite: 6 Premium Sneaker Cleans OR 5 Diamond Sneaker Cleans OR 3 Handbag Cleans/Repairs.

Discounts: Additional services are discounted as follows:
- Premium: 10% off
- VIP: 15% off
- Luxury Elite: 20% off
- Non-Transferable: Memberships are strictly personal and cannot be transferred or shared.

Redemption:
- Online bookings: Allowances and discounts are automatically applied.
- In-store: Members must present their digital membership card.
- Express Service: Next-day turnaround is available for an additional $20 per order.
- Exclusions: Bag repairs are included only for standard work. Complex jobs may incur additional charges, which will be quoted before proceeding. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Cancellations & Upgrades: Cancellation permitted only after the initial 3-month term. Upgrades may be requested anytime and will apply from the next billing cycle.
- Company Rights: SSS by Sam Michael reserves the right to update pricing, benefits, or conditions with 30 days notice to members.
