All our cleans have a 4-7 days turnaround. We also offer an express 24-hour turnaround option for $20 extra per pair

We cover a wide range, please visit our restoration page here

Most stains can be removed - or at least significantly reduced - but we don’t know until we try! Drop by one of our HQ locations within opening hours with your kicks for assessment. 

Yes, we do, please send the photos of your shoes to @sneakerspasydney on Instagram for further assessment or you can drop off your shoes at either HQ location.

No! All repaints include an outside clean prior to repainting.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you hand in your shoes at your own risk. By sending in your footwear to us you accept the
responsibility of your kicks and we are not responsible for any damages incurred.
This may vary depending on each individual case. If this happens to you we will review the order.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will
immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will
receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Sneaker Cleaning Services

As a customer of Sneaker Spa Sydney you give your shoes to us at your own risk and accept that we might
not be able to get your shoes back to the condition you are expecting.All orders will be held for a period of 6 months maximum. If you do not collect your shoes within this period
Sneaker Spa Sydney retain their right to dispose of those shoes whichever way deemed necessary

Sneaker Spa Sydney is a boutique and bespoke cleaning and retail company that provides you as the cus-
tomer with our services. We as a company comply with the current Australian Consumer Laws in place.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices listed on the website, do not in-
clude delivery charges. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the
delivery option and location you require the item to be shipped. We accept payments via credit and debit
cards through PayPal. This is a very secure and reliable source for payment. You will be asked for your card
number, its period of validity and the CVN.

Privacy

We at Sneaker Spa Sydney are committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal infor-
mation. Please note when purchasing online your email will automatically be added to our mailing list. If you
would like to opt out, scroll to the bottom of our newsletter & 'unsubscribe'.

Liability

Liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation. Use of this website is
subject to the Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions.
In relation to in-store related issues. All customers are asked to check their items upon pick up to ensure the
quality of work is approved by the customer and that they have the correct items.
