Returns & Refunds


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note that you hand in your shoes at your own risk. By sending in your footwear to us you accept the responsibility of your kicks and we are not responsible for any damages incurred. 

This may vary depending on each individual case. If this happens to you we will review the order. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Sneaker Cleaning Services 

As a customer of Sneaker Spa Sydney you give your shoes to us at your own risk and accept that we might not be able to get your shoes back to the condition you are expecting. 

All orders will be held for a period of 6 months maximum. If you do not collect your shoes within this period Sneaker Spa Sydney retain their right to dispose of those shoes whichever way deemed necessary.
